DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! Please note that due to distance and things out of our control (such as VAT tax), shipping rates are higher for international orders.
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After you place your order, it takes us 3-5 business days to process (which is when we prep and pack your order). Once we print a shipping label and drop off your order to the USPS, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and can check the status of the delivery from USPS. Shipping time with USPS will depend on where you're located, but usually takes between 3-7 days.
USPS SAYS MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN - WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact your local post office first! Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or responsibility for what happens to the package. While we’d love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business and this becomes a financial loss for us, as well as you.
That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help:
Contact your local post office.
Contact USPS directly (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm).
If you’ve tried reaching out to the USPS and your local post office and filed a claim, but they weren’t able to help,
File a claim through USPS.
If none of those seems to help, feel free to contact us using the form above and we will see if we can help further. But please continue to keep in mind that Meg’s Mashables is not responsible for USPS-related issues as they are an entirely separate entity.

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS - HELP?!
When you place your order, please double-check your address! If you enter your address in incorrectly, we have no way of knowing and will send to the address we were provided. Sometimes, if the address is undeliverable, USPS will send the package back to us, but until we receive the order, we cannot resend it to you. If the package does come back to us, we will ask you to cover the return shipping cost.
SOMETHING IS MISSING OR INCORRECT IN MY ORDER - HELP?!
Oh no! If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item, please reach out to us using the form above and we will help you!
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of the ship date.
After 30 days, it becomes difficult for us to ensure items remain available to replace and the third-party companies we use to ship (USPS, Shopify, etc.) have time limits on claims and tracking.
We will only replace items in orders that have a delivery confirmation or tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not allow submitted orders to be canceled or modified.
If you have some sort of extenuating circumstances - please reach out to us and we will see how we may be able to assist you further.
AN ITEM I'M INTERESTED IN IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DO I DO?
If an item you love says "Out of Stock" there's a chance we will be getting more! We’d recommend checking back in a week or so. Keep in mind that more season-themed merch will likely not be restocked during off-seasons, but we try to bring back seasonal-themed goodies during their respective seasons.
If an item says “Leaving Soon” we will not be restocking this item in the future, so be sure to get it while you can!
WHY ISN’T THE MASHABLE I SAW ON SOCIAL MEDIA ON THE SITE?
Meg is always making a lot of amazing work! Unfortunately, we do not have the current means to turn everything she creates into merch. We do what we can and try to have new merch drop on the site every other month.
